I'm Sergio.
I do the work.

I've spent 15+ years inside marketing teams — not advising from the outside, but running the campaigns, writing the SQL, fixing the Outlook rendering bugs, and rebuilding the automations that stopped firing at 2am.

I started MaxConnect because I saw a consistent gap: brands and agencies need senior martech talent who can execute, not just consult. Strategy is easy. Production at scale, across complex platforms, under deadline pressure — that's where I live.

My background spans agency-side and in-house roles, working embedded within teams at WPP, M+C Saatchi Group, and directly with clients across travel, luxury, logistics, and retail. I'm fluent in the full stack: HTML/CSS, SQL, platform scripting (AMPscript, Liquid, RPL), CRM data architecture, and campaign operations.
