Solution
We created a comprehensive email framework in Braze using reusable content blocks and master templates. The system allowed YOUI’s team to build emails on the fly by selecting pre-approved branded modules—such as banners, CTAs, dynamic content blocks, and footers—without touching raw HTML. We ensured compatibility across major devices and tested for deliverability and accessibility. The setup also accommodated personalization and A/B testing strategies within Braze’s native features.
Results
The new email template structure significantly reduced build time for recurring and campaign-based emails. It empowered the internal team to launch campaigns faster while maintaining consistency and brand integrity. As a result, YOUI now operates a more agile, self-sufficient email program with stronger internal governance and higher confidence in execution.
